I bought something via the website but it is not entirely satisfactory. Can I return it?

At Fintio Bazaar you can return your purchase free of charge within 30 days. This applies to orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. If you are sending from another country, the return costs are at your own expense. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After reporting your return, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If you use your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories supplied, in its original condition and packaging. If the item is damaged or contains traces of use, the return may be refused or a reduction in value may be charged. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it. If a return is refused as stated, the shipping costs (€6.50) will be at your own expense "from Finito Bazaar back to the customer".

As soon as we have received and checked the return package, the purchase amount will be credited back to your original payment method. If this does not work, we will of course ask for your bank details.
